Servicing the Newport-Middletown area since 2008, we are proud to offer quality rental homes, very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and decorated in a simple traditional fashion.

Our Location

All our properties are conveniently located in the very desirable walk to beach and restaurants residential neighborhood just across the Newport-Middletown line and in between 1st and 2nd beaches. Downtown Newport is only a mile or so away. The Atlantic Grill, Beach Liquors, Cumberland Farms, Tickets sports bar, Diego's and many more eateries and amenities are just a quick walk down the street.

Attractive Environment for Kids

All our homes are fully equipped with beach paraphernalia like beach chairs, coolers, and Wonder Wheeler rolling beach carts. We also supply a pack n play, high chair, umbrella stroller, bedrail, and gate for folks with small children.
