Briarwood Beach House is a perfect walk to beach rental for larger groups and multi-families vacationing together. Plenty of space to spread out yet still be together, with two individual units under the same roof. Main house is a 4 bedroom 2 full plus one half bathroom 2 level home with large fully equipped eat in kitchen, living room, full bathroom, oversized king bed 1st floor master, and additional 1st floor twin bedroom with daybed/pull out trundle. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two large front to back bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two twins and a set of twin bunk beds.

The Loft apartment offers an incredible private space for a portion of your group. It is a two level apt located up a separate sets of stairs from the landing inside the garage. The first floor consists of a light-filled cathedral ceiling living room/kitchen, private queen bedroom, and remodeled full bathroom. The second floor "Loft" bedroom has a queen and a full bed, and has direct access to the breathtaking roof-deck where a few folks can relax in one of our zero-gravity lounge chairs and watch the sun set over the ocean and Newport bridge with a glass of wine.
